Are you an authorised Orafol reseller?

We sure are!


Can you supply the rolls as continuous?

If you are ordering more than 1m of a colour, these are generally cut as individual 1m rolls but we may supply your order as a continuous roll/length if you order more than 1m in a particular colour. If you would like your order specifically cut in individual lengths or as a continuous roll, we are happy to oblige, just pop your request in the notes. Please be aware that continuous rolls may take an extra business day to process.


Do you have pickup available?

Pickups are from Highton in Victoria. All pickups will be available by the next business day, but please let us know if you wish to collect your order by a certain time and we will try to accommodate you. We are happy to do weekend pickups if we can, but please get in touch with us before you order if you specifically require a weekend pick up. Orders don’t usually get checked until the next business day, so any orders with notes to pick up on the weekend may get missed and we don’t want to miss them!


What are your processing times?

Most orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped the next business day. Wider roll or continuous roll orders and larger orders may require an extra day for processing.


What shipping service do you use?

We generally ship via Australia Post, although for larger and bulkier orders, we may ship via a courier service. Our rates are a flat rate of $8.99 for standard shipping or $15 for express. We give express orders priority. Please appreciate that we have no control over the delivery once it is with Australia Post and we cannot be responsible for delays. We will assist with lodging requests with Australia Post and help you track the order to ensure it gets to you. If you would rather use a courier service, we are happy to oblige. We can quote and invoice you for the shipping difference.


How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is available for orders over $100. At the checkout, you will need to select your shipping option FIRST then free shipping will be applied AFTER this step.


Do you have cash on pick up available

Yes we do, you can use the code CASHONPICKUP but bear in mind that you will be limited to when you can pick up.


Can you order in specific items or sizes?

Please let us know if there is anything you are trying to find. We can often provide special sizing or quantities.


What payment options do you have?

We current take credit card and Paypal. We do have listings on Ebay if you wish to use Afterpay. For local pick ups we offer cash on pickup please, use the code CASHONPICKUP. Additionally, if you require an invoice to be sent to a business for a bank transfer or payment via a separate party, please use the INVOICEREQUIRED code and we will invoice you for your order and for shipping.


Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Crafty Lorisan. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. In the event that you change your mind about a product, we have outlined our refund policy below.

Change of Mind Refunds:

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you wish to return an item for a refund due to a change of mind, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Contact us: You must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process. You can reach us via email at sales@thecraftylorisan.com.au or by phone at 0493 380 368.

  • Item condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.

  • Return shipping: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a change of mind refund:

  • Personalised or customised items.

  • Digital downloads or products with an activation code.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
