Are you an authorised Orafol reseller?

We sure are!


Can you supply the rolls as continuous?

If you are ordering more than 1m of a colour, these are generally cut as individual 1m rolls but we may supply your order as a continuous roll/length if you order more than 1m in a particular colour. If you would like your order specifically cut in individual lengths or as a continuous roll, we are happy to oblige, just pop your request in the notes. Please be aware that continuous rolls may take an extra business day to process.


Do you have pickup available?

Pickups are from Highton in Victoria. All pickups will be available by the next business day, but please let us know if you wish to collect your order by a certain time and we will try to accommodate you. We are happy to do weekend pickups if we can, but please get in touch with us before you order if you specifically require a weekend pick up. Orders don’t usually get checked until the next business day, so any orders with notes to pick up on the weekend may get missed and we don’t want to miss them!


What are your processing times?

Most orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped the next business day. Wider roll or continuous roll orders and larger orders may require an extra day for processing.


What shipping service do you use?

We generally ship via Australia Post, although for larger and bulkier orders, we may ship via a courier service. Our rates are a flat rate of $8.99 for standard shipping or $15 for express. We give express orders priority. Please appreciate that we have no control over the delivery once it is with Australia Post and we cannot be responsible for delays. We will assist with lodging requests with Australia Post and help you track the order to ensure it gets to you. If you would rather use a courier service, we are happy to oblige. We can quote and invoice you for the shipping difference.


How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is available for orders over $100. At the checkout, you will need to select your shipping option FIRST then free shipping will be applied AFTER this step.


Do you have cash on pick up available?

Yes, we do! You can use the code CASHONPICKUP at checkout. Just keep in mind:

  • This code is only valid for orders being picked up from our Highton or North Shore location.

  • If you use the code but select shipping, your order may be cancelled.


Can you order in specific items or sizes?

Please let us know if there is anything you are trying to find. We can often provide special sizing or quantities.


What payment options do you have?

We currently accept:

  • Credit card (processed securely via Stripe)

  • PayPal

For local pickups, we offer:

  • Cash on pickup — just use the code CASHONPICKUP at checkout (please note this is only valid for pickup orders).

If you need to pay via bank transfer or require a business invoice:

  • Use the code INVOICEREQUIRED at checkout, and we’ll send you an invoice including shipping.


Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Crafty Lorisan! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, please read below for how we handle returns and refunds.

Change of Mind Refunds

We get it — sometimes you change your mind. If you'd like to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Contact us: Reach out within 7 days via email at sales@thecraftylorisan.com.au or phone 0493 380 368 to start the return process.

  • Item condition: The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping: You'll need to cover return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it gets back to us safely.

  • Refund method: Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund using your original payment method. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away. We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable solution — typically a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help — but once an order has been shipped, we can’t cancel it.
